Digitize FAQ

  • Digitization of images start at $0.30 per loose image and increase if images are in albums. The file output is 600 dpi which allows for image enlargement. Scanning includes digital enhancement and the removal of digital duplicates so you are only paying for unique images.

  • Yes, in addition to digitizing your photos, we can also organize them, remove duplicates, group them in a logical sequence, and remove out-of-focus images. This work is charged at an hourly rate and often precedes the scanning process if desired.

  • Yes, we can also convert VHS and camcorder formats.

  • Yes! If you have the passwords and the device will turn on, we can assist. If the device is non-functional, we can advise you on next steps with a specialist.
